kiriya Terms and Conditions
All rules and terms applicable to opening an account, betting, claiming bonuses, and depositing and withdrawing funds on the kiriya platform are described in detail here.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kiriya website and all of its services. 3. Account Management
Account Security and Responsibility
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. You are advised not to share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
Updating Information
If any of your registered details change, update your account as soon as possible or inform our support team via live chat. kiriya will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
Account Suspension or Closure
kiriya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases: violation of the Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other inappropriate conduct.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Deposit funds must come from your own account only.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- kiriya does not charge any additional fees on deposit amounts.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met for winnings obtained from bonuses.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
kiriya offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000
To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 25 times the total of the bonus and deposit amount (wagering requirement: 25x).
General Bonus Terms
- One bonus is applicable per account.
- Bonuses are not transferable as cash.
- kiriya reserves the right to change bonus terms.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if fraud is suspected.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
You must have sufficient balance in your account before placing a bet on kiriya. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless kiriya does so due to a technical error.
Errors and Technical Issues
kiriya reserves the right to correct any incorrect results or amounts displayed due to software or system errors. No claim can be made on winnings obtained as a result of an error.
Sports Betting
kiriya provides betting opportunities on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, that bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned.
Live Betting
In live betting, markets may be suspended or changed at any time. kiriya will not be responsible if a bet is cancelled due to connection issues during a game. Decisions on live markets will be considered final.
7. VIP Program and Rewards
VIP Tiers
kiriya's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play, you can advance to higher tiers:
Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.
All decisions regarding VIP rewards and cashback are at the discretion of kiriya. kiriya reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program or discontinue it at any time. Cashback is added to accounts at the end of each week.
8. Prohibited Activities
What Is Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiriya platform, and violations will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Money laundering or depositing through illegal funds.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Participating in match fixing or other improper activities.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to kiriya's systems or network.
- Registering minors or playing on their behalf.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

Enforceability of Terms
If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms represent the complete agreement between both parties. In the event of any dispute, the decision of kiriya will be considered final.
